That despite Cuomo taking a chunk of democrat voters.

My point is scandals don't stop people for voting for someone like before. Trump etc. are examples.

That despite Cuomo taking away chunk of moderate/conservative democratic voters, who would have elsewise voted for Zohran or some sat home. W/o Cuomo Zohran would have got 65-70% and 1.5m+ vote.

Trump has shown people don't care about the scandals much.
