Design Brief for TN CyberTech Bank Limited & TN Cybertech Investments Holdings Limited Logo We are not a Fintech, and do not wish to be one. We are a Bank. We want to be more than a Neobank. We are in the process of transforming into a Financial Services Hub. Picture the central role played by a hub in a Local Area Network. We want to integrate with all providers of goods or services to the population for the purpose of delivering banking services to our customers where they work, where they stay, where they play and while they are on the go. Where we currently have traditional branches, you will see self service centres that use machines to perform the duties that were performed by people. Our branch staff will be appointed banking Agents that will use technology to deliver banking services to our customers. We will deliver our banking services through Fintechs, Asset Managers, Stockbrokers, Insurance Companies, Microfinance Companies, supermarkets, tuckshops, churches and other consumer facing businesses and organisations that will be integrated into our core-banking systems. We will also deliver Financial Services through terminal devices that are in the hands of our customers such as phones, pads, computers and similar devices. When done with our transformation, our existence will be seamlessly integrated with the providers of goods and services that people need or want on a day-to-day basis and with the terminal devices in the hands of our customers. Mission Statement Our mission is to empower our customers with the banking products and services that we deliver conveniently, efficiently, and effectively through cyber technologies. Vision Our vision for the three years to 2027 is transformational. It is to become Zimbabwe’s first tech driven and platform based digital financial services hub that will use digital channels to offer borderless, AI powered, and secure banking products and services to our customers when they need them, and where they need them. Values Our values are represented by the acronym, IDIFOH, representing Innovation, Dignity, Industry, Faith, Originality, and Humility. Target Audience Our target audience includes individuals and organisations who need financial services delivered at their convenience, where they need them, and when they need them. Design Requirements •The logo should reflect the centricity of digital and Cyber technologies in the broader sense, not as an end in themselves, but as channels for the delivery of financial services. •The design should be original, unique, scalable and innovative, yet simple, ensuring it is easily recognizable, memorable and timeless. The logo must effectively communicate our positioning as a leader in digital banking. •Our corporate colours are gold and black. Gold represents wealth, success, exclusivity, excellence and prestige, while black symbolizes good financial health, sophistication, security and strength. These colours should be used thoughtfully to create a striking visual identity. The shade of Black should be Black Pearl or RGB: 35 31 32. The gold colour must be metallic. Where it is appropriate to use a gold colour gradient, it is recommended to use the following gold colour gradient: PositionRG B 0% 12887 17 12% 148112 37 28%204178 96 50%254243 179 69%204178 96 91%192 152 56 100%134 100 0 •The logo icon must be adaptable for various applications, including digital platforms, print materials, merchandise, and signage. Deliverables •A logo design and a simplified version for smaller applications. •Colour variations (full colour, black and white, and grayscale). Timeline Completed designs to be presented by 4:30PM Zimbabwe time on 12 November 2025 on this post. An individual may present a maximum of 3 designs. Judges And Scrutineer The 3 judges and 1 Scrutineer will be announced soon. Each judge shall pick and rate the best three designs. Each judge’s choices shall be put to the vote here on X. The top three designs will be chosen by vote count. The Scrutineer will count the votes. The design with the most votes shall be the winner. TN CyberTech Bank shall have the right to choose any of the three as its logo, or to reject all of them and commence another process. Notwithstanding the choice made by TN Cybertech Bank, the designer of the best logo shall be paid US$5,000.00 (Five Thousand), and the other two shall be paid US$500.00 each. The designers of the top three logos shall, upon receipt of the payments offered, sell, alienate, dispose of, cede, and assign to TN Cybertech Bank and TN CyberTech Investments Holdings all their rights, tittle and interests in the designs. The successful designs shall be presented by the designers to our Graphic Designers, Next Page and Next Page shall communicate the design format in which the designs will be delivered. For purposes of transparency, the judges and Scrutineers shall each be paid US$500.00 for their services.
