@SteelCitySteph In Processor's original printing in Urza's Saga, cards were sold in 60-card starter decks with three rares. This card was next to Processor on the rare sheet. Consequently they would usually appear together in starter decks, so players would get both in sealed deck tournaments.

@MattBrown_TCG Genuinely, what's the issue with these? I see no problem, for the simple reason that they're optional product. No one HAS to have these to succeed in competitive formats.
