Teaching someone to lose weight is easy. Can they maintain it?

@techsleyt @CoachDanGo @1Bprice The cycling culture is all about zones including vo2. Who mentioned zone 1. Thats sleeping. "Professional cyclists typically spend 75–85% of their total training volume in Zone 2" Vo2 is just a max effort. In cycling thats .01% of a race. You don't train for it LOL

@techsleyt @CoachDanGo @1Bprice You don't understand zones. Zones are just measurements, ranges and boundaries nothing more. How you do it is irrelevant. I don't chase perfection. If 1 carrots give you 100% of a nutrient and an apple gives half, I'll eat 2 apples because I like apples more.

@techsleyt @CoachDanGo @1Bprice I was speaking vo2 along with other zones like zone 2. Different measurements. Dude i'm a competitive cyclist i know what the differences are. I put more miles on my bike than my car. 10,000 to 12,000 miles a year. Even at my age. i'm just no delusional.

@techsleyt @CoachDanGo @1Bprice Actually cardiovascular doesn't improve. Its why most men have heart disease. No one does zone 2 training which strengthens the heart for longevity. Everyone is gung ho high intensity big weights. Zone 2 training can walk up a 24 floor building and talk at the same time.
