Las paritarias pisadas al 1% y la inflación corre al 3% mensual es decir somos más pobre cada mes. 👍

@thatguydrew_ @JohnWake Correct, the supply changes from day to day. But at the discrete point in time where you make a decision, there is a fixed supply of housing, and of those, you make an economic choice to buy one over all the others that currently exist, a fixed supply.

The supply of housing is fixed. Again, that the future may result in more houses doesn't change that when you buy a house today, you are selecting from a fixed supply.
