@zoom_us two months down the line, and still no response on issuing the £130 you should have refunded. Not one response, you've even given up sending reminders that I'm in a queue.

@zoom_us AGES ago I sent you a tweet asking how to sort the fact that when I’d signed up for a month’s pro subscription it turned out to be a monthly direct debit even though nothing made that clear and I am super careful about these things. NO ONE has got back to me.....

@zoom_us Good morning Zoom, I have made several complaints about an unauthorised payment made on my account . the payment was deducted on the 1st of July via a zoom subscription.
