@Dimillian co-planning is the actual work honestly. I've found when I put real time into the spec the agents execute fast and clean. skip that step and you're just iterating on garbage. the planning isn't overhead anymore, it IS the job

My take on agents and project orchestration is that this is probably the future of software development, but until we have the absolute best flows and agents, it might be a bit out of reach. Unless you spend a lot of time co-planning each task.
