Normally any water purifier or softner company will be over enthusiastic to sell their products to you, but this Bengaluru based Waterscience company is so laid back. No response for chats, calls. No eagerness to come to you and sell. All they do is, just post on Insta and chill. Inspite of following up many times. @waterscience_in simply don't show the willingness to sell. If this is the case for sales. how would aftersales be? I am dropping this brand from the shortlist. p.s: I wont respond to this team now on X and I won't DM them as well. End of road.

Same CX lapse by two brands in the last two weeks. Featuring @Decathlon/@Decathlon_ind and @waterscience_in. The QR code in the information booklet that came with the products led me to a dead link/404 error. In the case of Water Science, the code should have taken me to their warranty registration page. Sigh. பொருள அனுப்புறதுக்கு முன்னாடி இதையெல்லாம் பாத்துச் சரிப் பண்ணுங்கப்பா!

Regarding disposal of the used cartridge, we recommend handing it over through a dry waste or e-waste management system, as this is currently the most responsible option. At the moment, we do not have a take-back or collection program for used cartridges. That said, we truly appreciate your concern around sustainability and are taking this as valuable feedback. @Bunnyk199 If you’ve installed a shower & tap filter, please note that it does not reduce TDS. Shower & Tap Filters use sequestration to neutralize hard water, making it healthier without removing calcium & magnesium. This is why TDS remains same. For more info, contact us at 1800-121-0599

Installed a water softener for my shower to tackle hard water, and I feel the water’s softer but my TDS meter didn't change cuz softeners swap calcium/magnesium for sodium, reducing hardness without lowering TDS. The meter works it just can’t measure hardness @waterscience_in

@waterscience_in just thought i will let you know about your product. I have been using it since 2019 but now the quality of product has totally failed. Earlier the shower head used to remain clean but now i can see all the white powder on my scalp.

@EurekaForbes Took payment for a water softener and vanished—no update in 15 days. Roopsingh & Tirupati (Hyderabad team) are unresponsive. Customer care is equally useless with zero follow-up. I’ll make sure your products are blacklisted in my entire apartment community.
