@cha1oscuro Yeeaahhh,, BMI isnt necessarily an accurate way of tracking your stats since it usually doesn’t take body fat percentage into account. So even if a super muscular 280lb body builder calculated theirs, it would say theyre overweight, even if it’s pure muscle

Im almost her bmi, but my body looks REALLY different, i dont have belly fat at all except for a pudge on my lower stomach, most of my fat is in my legs and arms. Im quite new to the BMI system so i dont get how it works and if its even an accurate way of measuring
