@cha1oscuro Yeeaahhh,, BMI isnt necessarily an accurate way of tracking your stats since it usually doesn’t take body fat percentage into account. So even if a super muscular 280lb body builder calculated theirs, it would say theyre overweight, even if it’s pure muscle

Im almost her bmi, but my body looks REALLY different, i dont have belly fat at all except for a pudge on my lower stomach, most of my fat is in my legs and arms.
Im quite new to the BMI system so i dont get how it works and if its even an accurate way of measuring

@lilablod @bmithv It depends, but 1kg a week would be a ~7600 cal deficit per week, so around 1100 cals pet day of deficit.
you could also only have a deficit of around 5k cals in a week, but if you did a fast/less sodium intake the day before weighing, it could show a loss of 1 kg on the scale

@cha1oscuro @im_zillie Hiii, a deficit of around 1500 cals ! So your intake would probably be 500 cals unless you walk a lot, then maybe 700-800 is also okay 💞

Something i do is not think about my next meal at all,
if i catch my self thinking about it i start a very time consuming task like rearranging my whole room or changing my device layouts.. etc. it even helps burns calories!
