@paulg I think the same applies to AI adoption among teachers vs schools.

For the next 10 years at least the conversations about AI tutoring inside schools will be mostly about policy, and the conversations about AI tutoring outside schools will be mostly about what it's possible to build. The latter are going to be much more interesting.
