I’m pretty fucking sure he inspected the house, and didn’t see anything until going to the spot where he saw the swarm of rats. Rats, mice are easy to miss since they’re small, and can hide anywhere under anything. Y’all gunning for the man knowing damn well if you were in his shoes you’ll be crying too. It’s the realtor fault for taking his money, and moving his family into there knowing it wasn’t clear of the rats, or anything that shouldn’t be there.
