@java @Java_EE Awesome to see 6 month release cycles . Looking for new features . This way there will be scope for experimentation. Guys upgrade will always be challenging but new features are always welcome . Many org will not have uptaken java8 as well. You can skip releases if needed .

@java @mcrjava If this is the future frequency, you need to go back to point-release. Change the major number only for LTS releases. Java lives or dies in the enterprise and nobody in enterprise wants this speed.
