@fasselin94 @JohnSiteman It's only $20 to watch the entire event on streaming. I bet a lot of these disgruntled fans waste more money than that on coffee and other treats for themselves in a week. Personally, I'm treating myself to a great week of fantastic curling.

@JohnSiteman On the streaming aspect, it baffles me that people think it should be free of charge. Like how is WC supposed to stream all the sheets with commentary and with all the costs of production while not charging anything? Money ain’t falling from the sky here 🤣

Many are in disbelief that TSN won’t be broadcasting the PCCC. If that event doesn’t make profits, why should they carry it? PCCC is a World Curling event. It has nothing to do with Curling Canada so TSN don’t even have the TV rights. You can’t have a cake and eat it too! 🎂 🍰

There are salt shaker collections, beer steins and I do curling rocks; but Peter Dawes travelled the world & brought home espresso cups from his favourite coffee spots like Florence, Italy and beyond. Anyhow--it's a window display at the Lunenburg Heritage Society. ❤️ ☕️

There are two sports that bring up a wave of nostalgia and good feelings for me. The sounds of a curling and baseball broadcast in the room always get me. It just feels right. Baseball is back. Curling season is winding down.

@fit_nut_curl I have a question for you. If you are paying for Sportsnet on your cable package, are you able to watch any of the curling on the app? I used to be able to, but it seems like now I need to pay for Sportsnet Now to get it. How many ways can they gouge us?

I hate to disagree because we should be grateful for any streaming. But watching the ads to get enough credits is out of my time budget, & adding yet another streaming budget on top of TSN and Sportsnet is also out of my budget.
