I hope that when people see me critiquing how Psylocke uses her powers in the current era of X-Men, I am critiquing the office for downgrading her powers to stand in contrast to a white man, and not actually saying that "Kwannon is bad."

@PurplehairedNi1 @ckgarcia07 @3CrowsWitch Some food for thought… Hellfire Murder drops in July.. the same month as SDCC, where Marvel announces new projects. Creative teams are usually ~5 months ahead, so if Betsy is truly returning, writers likely already know this information.

Honestly so refreshing for once to have a stacked year with Betsy appearances. A solo, teambook, Captain Britain anniversary issue, Hellfire Club issue and an actual confirmation that she's getting used in a current line up book. Honestly i was sick of complaining

@ckgarcia07 @3CrowsWitch I mean i am just staying hopefully. I wouldn’t really consider a one shot as been "used" as a reason to why she couldn't be used in other projects. Unless there's like massive change happening to the character

If the Lioness is Betsy Braddock, it's interesting that every revealed character (not including the Devil and Angel as we don't know who they are) is currently active in a published book BUT Betsy.

X-men needs a new writer tbh. Jed’s writing is too formulaic. Every arc is essentially the same. Each character has the same role and purpose regardless of the story.

Betsy Braddock as a lion is near perfect. Outside of the British symbolism, lions are hedonistic and affectionate with those in their pride. They're also deadly and capable, especially female lions.
If she has to give up the butterfly to Kwannon, the lion is a good trade-off.
