This Ruleset, based on Bitoshi Theory, aims to provide object mapping commands. Commands should be Inscribed as Metadata of a District or Parcel re-inscription. Writing to Bitoshi positions of a District corresponds to Parcels within the District. Parcels have priority to delete anything set by District within their bounds. To retain existing content of a re-inscription whilst adding Metadata, include a delegate. Metadata is additive and taken in conjunction with previous Metadata re-inscriptions. The smallest unit of measurement is the Bitoshi voxel constant. District or Parcel map sizes are based on total transaction values (Bitoshi's) at that level. In the absence of recursive transaction ID's, inscribe map sizes (in Bitoshi's) manually. When transaction values are present, ignore manually inscribed map sizes. Bitoshi Ruleset is designed to allow for multiple instances of the same inscription.
