Today @TPS53Div attended to a Person in Crisis, a man hanging out an 8th floor window, being held by onsite Security. Officers took over & held him for 12 minutes, rescuing him by breaking windows & pulling him to safety. The man was taken to hospital to get the help he needs.1/2

Every stop isn't the same. This driver was stopped for a traffic offence. What the officers found was an elderly driver that couldn't find his way home. He was missing for 12 hours. The family was relieved when they got the good news from @TPS43Div officers. #LostandFoundSafe

Video surveillance is a great investigative tool but it rarely deters a determined criminal. It is one piece of a crime prevention puzzle. Consider placing indoor cameras so they capture faces. Our investigators often receive this type of footage that makes an id difficult.
