OnlyFans Model Jailed for K+lling Male Client During BDSM Act An OnlyFans model, Michaela Rylaarsdam, has been sentenced to four years in prison after a BDSM session with a client ended in tragedy, leading to his d+ath. Rylaarsdam was sentenced on Monday after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the d+ath of Michael Dale, who s¥ffocating during a paid BDSM encounter at his home in Escondido, California. According to prosecutors, Dale d+ed after Rylaarsdam placed a plastic bag, plastic wrap and duct tape over his head as part of the session. His limbs were reportedly rest@ined, preventing him from removing the coverings.  Authorities said he was unable to breathe for several minutes before Rylaarsdam called emergency services. Dale was declared brain-d+ad the following day. The fatal incident occurred in April 2023 after Dale allegedly paid the adult content creator $11,000 to perform BDSM acts. During her sentencing hearing at the San Diego Superior Court, an emotional Rylaarsdam broke down in tears while apologising to Dale’s family. “There are no words. ‘I’m sorry’ is not enough,” she said. “The desire to go back and undo this would be at the top. If I could change this…” Her lawyer argued that the d+ath was accidental, insisting she had no intention of h@rming her client and acted responsibly by immediately calling 911 when she realised something had gone wrong. “There was no intent to k+ll and no attempt to cover this up,” the attorney said. “She acted appropriately when she realized this was a problem.” Rylaarsdam, a married mother of three, will serve a four-year prison term following the court’s ruling. Authorities maintained that while the encounter was consensual, consent did not absolve responsibility for the actions that led to Dale’s d+ath.

I strongly condemn the coordinated attacks carried out by pro-APC political thugs in Ile-Ife, Ede, Osogbo and other parts of our state earlier today. I call on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT, the National Security Adviser @NuhuRibadu, the Inspector General of Police @TunjiDisu1, the @OfficialDSSNG, and other security authorities to urgently intervene and call Mr. Gboyega Oyetola @GboyegaOyetola and the APC candidate, Bola Oyebamiji @OyebamijiBola and everyone behind these provocations to order before they plunge our dear state into chaos. After receiving reports of the attacks, I personally visited affected areas and met victims receiving treatment at the Osun State Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, and the Cottage Hospital, Ede. I also paid a solidarity visit to the Osogbo Accord Chairman who survived a gunshot attack last week. I sympathize with all victims and their families. My administration will not abandon them in this difficult moment. I have directed security agencies to thoroughly investigate these incidents and ensure that every perpetrator, regardless of status or political affiliation, is brought to justice. Political differences must never degenerate into violence, intimidation, or attacks on citizens exercising their constitutional rights. Democracy thrives on dialogue, tolerance, and respect for the rule of law. I urge all residents to remain calm, peaceful, and law-abiding. Additional security measures are being activated across vulnerable locations, and my administration remains fully committed to protecting lives, property, and the peace of Osun State. May God grant speedy recovery to the injured and continue to preserve the peace of our beloved state.
