The alt-right types keep asking "why didn't Karmelo LEAVE when he was ordered by Austin to leave?". This is because in the system of white supremacy, they believe all white people are DEPUTIZED to arbitrarily give orders to random Black people that MUST be obeyed

LAST DEFENSE WITNESS BEFORE JUDGE ADJOURN FOR THE DAY, 17-YEAR-OLD MALE, GOES TO MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL Defense: “It was raining hard enough for people to be under tents?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “I want to talk about Mellow coming to the tent. It was clear Eddie knew Melo?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “From Melo entering the tent and interacting with Eddie, it was clear they knew each other?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “Eddie called Karmelo over to the tent?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense: “The interaction between Eddie and Melo was friendly?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense: “After Eddie called him over, Melo sat down?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “For 5 minutes? Friendly talk? No one expressed a problem with Melo being there?” Witness: “No.” Defense: “Do you recall the first person to say to Melo, ‘Who are you?’” Witness: “Hunter Melcalf.” Defense: “Hunter is a big guy?” Witness: “You could say.” Defense: “At the time of the event, Austin was a little bigger?” Witness: “I’d say substantially bigger.” Defense: “I believe you told the detective Hunter didn’t tolerate being disrespected?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “So Hunter tells Melo to leave?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “Melo said, ‘No one has a problem with me being here besides you?’” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “At some point, Austin and Hunter stand up? They had been seated?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “If you put Melo and Austin next to each other, Mellow is smaller?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “Hunter started with a moderate tone and it got more aggressive?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense: “Do you remember telling the detective, ‘You need to move before I beat your @ss?” Witness: “I don’t recall saying that.” Defensive approaches the witness with papers. Witness agrees Austin said something like that or similar to that of wanting to beat his @ss. Defense: “Austin is standing up. Melo is still seated.” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “That’s when Melo reached in his bag after Austin mentioned something about wanting to beat his @ss?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “Austin calls his bluff and says, ‘I know you don’t have anything in that bag?’” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “For Austin to make his way to Melo, he has to move up five rows?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “Austin takes a step or two, and then they talk, and that continues?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “All this time Austin moving closer to Melo, Melois seated with his hand in the bag like don’t come closer to me?” Witness: “Yes, sir.” Defense: “Melo says, ‘As long as you don’t touch me, we’re cool,’ or, ‘Don’t touch me?’” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “You told the detective Austin reaches up and taps Karmelo on the shoulder? Melo Iis still seated?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “There’s a touch and then there’s a grab?” Witness: “Yes.” Defense: “He [Austin]  grabbed with both hands?” Witness: “Both of his hands were in motion.” Defense: “Austin is reaching for Melo, and at that point Melo's hand comes out of the bag.” Witness: “Yes.” They’re now taking a 12-minute break, as of 4:54p.  Witness says he called 911. The prosecutor asks witness to show stabbing motion. Prosecutor: “Who was in the wrong, and who was in the right?” Witness: “I think Karmelo was in the wrong.” Prosecutor: “Karnelo Anthony provoked this?” Witness: “Yes.” bit.ly/4eoFIMU

Are there any attorneys covering the Karmelo Anthony trial? These live updates from fellow journalists are collapsing testimony from witnesses and it’s frustrating. They ain’t telling us about any sidebars, objections, mannerisms or nothing.

You’re a b*tch.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Was Austin starting to get mad?” Witness: “He was getting defensive someone we didn’t know was in the tent. He’s always leading. He’s always protecting us.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “After that?” Witness: “Karmelo said you’ll have to move me. Austin put his hand on his back. I saw Karmelo’s hand go in the backpack. We’re at a track meet. I wouldn't expect anything to be in there. Karmelo said, ‘Touch me. You’ll have to move me, and find out,’ trying to provoke him.’” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Then what happens?” Witness: “Austin puts his hand on him and falls back.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “ Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “How was Austin trying to move him?” Witness: “It was him trying to move him off his seat. A soft shove.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did Austin do?” Witness: “I see the hole in his chest and blood. He starts screaming for help.”  Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “When this is going on, who’s standing?” Witness: “Before the stab, Austin was the one standing.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did any kids from Memorial try to gang up on Karmelo?” Witness: “No.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “You’re expecting at most a fist fight?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “You didn’t think anything was going to happen?” Witness: “No.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “After Austin falls, where does Hunter go?” Witness: “Hunter went to help him get up, and that’s when Austin pulled up his shirt and started screaming.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “You thought the stab was a shove?” Witness: “Yes.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did you see?” Witness: “I saw our coach take off his sweatshirt. Austin fell down and looked unconscious.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “After the stabbing, where did Karmelo go?” Witness: “I saw him run up the bleachers.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “The coach heard you saying, ‘That was my brother. That was my brother,” about Austin.” Witness: “Yes, sir.” bit.ly/4eoFIMU

@jdmiles11 These kid's were clearly coached and you can see their story start to fall apart. They're all using the word "provoked" this kid said he knew KA, greeted him, and dapped him up, but then says Austin was mad someone no one knew was under the tent????

@jdmiles11 I’m confused. Did he or did he not know Karmelo? Starts out with saying he called Karmelo “Mellow” which was his nickname only to later say they were confused because there was someone in the tent “they” implying him, “didn’t know.”

ANOTHER NEW WITNESS, A 16-YEAR-OLD BOY, HAS TAKEN THE STAND. HE HAD JUST COME ONTO THE MEMORIAL TRACK MEET BEFORE THE DISTRICT MEET.  Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did you become aware of someone not on the team in your tent?” Witness: “Yes, he sat next to me.” [Karmelo] Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did this worry you, bother you, or seem kind of normal?” Witness: “It was kind of strange because everyone is supposed to be in their home tent.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did Karmelo say?” Witness “He says he wasn’t leaving and says a profanity.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did Karnelo do?” Witness “He was starting to get more aggressive.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What does he say next?” Witness “F you all. I’m not going to leave. You’re all a bunch of p@ssies.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “Did Austin take the lead?” Witness “Yes. Karmelo put his hand in the bag and said five times, ‘Touch me and see what happens.’ Austin said he’s not going to touch this guy. He was calm.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “What did you see during the stabbing?” Witness “You saw a big hole and blood coming from his upper body.” Prosecutor Bill Wirskye: “At some point, did you decide to unfreeze and do something.” Witness: “Yes, he had a knife, so we ran to the left side of the field. I heard Xavier say, ‘Austin looks dead.” bit.ly/4eoFIMU
