I’m opening a few private legal breakdown sessions for people covering celebrity cases or high-profile trials. I help you understand what actually matters legally, what not to say, and how to sound credible without being reckless or defamatory. This is for journalists, creators, or commentators who want clarity and protection, not hot takes. DM me “VERDICT” if you want details.

Hold that…The man ran the agency that sole purpose was to cut government spending is now offering a solution, with his own money. Conflict of interest?

Starlink (the tech company Musk OWNS) is now actively being tested inside FAA facilities. No formal process, just access and opportunity. What started as 3 terminals in Atlantic City and Alaska is now 41 active connections across New Jersey, Alaska, and Oklahoma. His engineers got FAA email addresses. FAA employees told reporters directly the Starlink directive came verbally. Someone didn’t want a paper trail. But the terminals showed up anyway—all 41 of them.

Elon Musk suggesting he’ll fund TSA during this shutdown is both comical and a problem at the same damn time. Here’s why. 🧵👇🏾

At the end of the day, TSA workers need to be paid. They show up every day to keep you safe at every airport in this country. TSA workers shouldn’t have to wait on a billionaire’s charity to make that happen. America shouldn’t have to be pimped to do so.

This will set a precedent if it were to happen. What’s next? TSA today. Air traffic control tomorrow. The whole FAA eventually. Did DOGE clear the path? We already know privatization is the destination. Is Elon Musk buying a ticket to the front of the line? You decide. Follow for more.

When a private entity takes over, accountability shifts from elected officials you voted for to shareholders you never will. Safety becomes a line item. Corners get cut at the exact place where cutting corners means lives.

Here’s what nobody’s breaking down: Privatizing TSA doesn’t remove it from the federal system. FAA still oversees airspace. Federal regulations still apply. So taxpayers fund the oversight AND pay higher ticket prices on top. We pay twice. Save money for who?

Let’s be clear about what just happened, and you can argue with this if you want: Musk’s people helped create the crisis: defunded the agency, blocked paychecks, and Project 2025 called explicitly for TSA workers to be deunionized immediately. Now he’s riding in with a check like he’s the solution. That’s not philanthropy. That’s a pimp and America is the $2 hoe.

And this didn’t happen by accident. Project 2025 states directly: “Until it is privatized, TSA should be treated as a national security provider, and its workforce should be deunionized immediately.” I told y’all this already, though. Senate Republicans have since introduced the Abolish the TSA Act. The blueprint was always privatization. Did DOGE clear the path?

Meanwhile Musk posted on X that Verizon’s FAA communication system was “single digit months to catastrophic failure,” putting every air traveler at risk. He was wrong. He had to correct himself publicly. The system he was attacking wasn’t even Verizon’s. But by the time the correction dropped, Starlink terminals were already being shipped to FAA facilities.

And why were TSA paychecks blocked? Republicans refused to pass a bill that would fund TSA unless it was bundled with full ICE funding. Many argue that ICE became the leverage. Optic wise, it looked like ➡️ fund deportations or your airport security doesn’t get funded.

Back when DOGE (created by Musk) was a thing, he didn’t just trim the fat. DOGE gutted the agencies keeping us safe at 30,000 feet. FAA staffers responsible for safety oversight were fired. TSA employees worked without a paycheck for weeks and hundreds quit.
