What we learned today is that the ED of Wyoming's stablecoin project doesn't understand how smart contracts work, has no clue how to read or find transactions on the Cardano blockchain, and doesn't know what Blockfrost is, but he is qualified to disqualify us! The founder is on the timeline in constant drama while dishing out countless false promises and throwing a fit when he doesn’t get his way. Grow up. Cardano deserves better from you.

The CF could have integrated circle back in 2021 for 3 million dollars. This was when their holdings were worth almost 2 billion dollars. They turned down the deal according to their own employee. Then you rewrite history to eschew any of their responsibility and make it into power dynamics? I'm seriously glad you don't work for me anymore. Dishonest people have no place at IOG.

I am a close family friend with a NYC firefighter (who had already been decorated for bravery by the Mayor of New York at a public ceremony before 9/11 happened) who has stories about working on 9/11 that he very rarely speaks about, I haven't heard the full extent of, and I won't share what I do know out of respect. I am acutely aware of how important a job it is, and how there is absolutely no space in the department for people who can't carry a human body down burning stairs. I agree, lowering the standards and allowing fighters in that simply aren't fit for the job to meet some quota is tantamount to gross negligence. I wouldn't want a pilot who isn't good at physics. I wouldn't want an accountant who isn't good with numbers. I wouldn't want a firefighter who isn't strong and selfless enough to not blame someone for being stuck in a fire in the first place. Of course @IOHK_Charles is allowed have opinions. I agree with a lot of them. Not all of them, but whatever. It doesn't matter. It's irrelevant. I'm just very frustrated hearing them when we have been basically begging for an update on mission-critical infrastructure and there has been absolute silence. Let me make it perfectly clear: If #cardano does not connect to #chainlink... 11,000 banks and financial institutions, the entire SWIFT banking system, the volume settled by Euroclear and the DTCC will all have wallet-free, frictionless, one-click access to deploy TENS OF TRILLIONS of dollars to every other major chain, except #cardano. You might not have researched what they are doing in detail, but trust me when I say it will be a matter of connecting or finding it almost impossible to compete. Our TVL will be invisible to the naked eye on comparison charts. We will enter into a death spiral as absolutely no sane development team will choose to build here vs. any of the other options. This will be self-evident in the next 12 months. I don't want to have to say I told you so at that stage, I want to be celebrating the volume it is bringing $LQ and $AXO and $MIN etc. If we do connect to chainlink: All of that money, those trillions of dollars of tradfi AND all of DeFi will flood to #cardano. Why? Because it's the most secure and decentralised chain. If given the choice between a chain that's been rolled back, that's run by 6 VC nodes via discord, that goes offline, that's been hacked for hundreds of millions of dollars vs. the chain that's had 100% uptime, run by thousands of low energy, low cost, community governed nodes, that they can participate in governance on with stake, that can have NATIVE UTXO BITCOIN DEFI, that has deterministic smart contracts... Which chain do you think this risk-averse capital markets will settle on? ➡️It's not just that we might die if we don't connect to all of finance through chainlink, it's that if we do, we win.⬅️ It should be the most important issue facing the ecosytem today. North Korea could have the best universities in the world. It doesn't matter if nobody can get a visa there to study. Cardano can have the best L1, DeFi and UX in the world, it doesn't matter if it's 1,000x more difficult for everyone to migrate to use it. Chainlink is offering wallet-free, one-click access to any chain or bank, from any chain or bank. We literally can't comepte without it. It would be like running a web store without being listed on Google. Financial suicide. How much have you been hit in the head? XRP was a huge loser in this biased process. They had an alternative system to Circle who was the winner. Had they been eligible to bid, the state of Wyoming would be issuing millions of dollars of tokens on RLUSD infrastructure, thereby pushing liquidity up dramatically on lost major exchanges. Consensys, Circle, and Blackrock made sure that didn't happen. The commission said that despite what New York State said (the most rigorous regulation in the world), XRPL isn't suitable for their stablecoin.

We're doing that upgrade right now. It's absolutely normal to use a web 2 back end to run your app. We do have a blockchain monitor, we query the blockchain and we do automatically update our transactions from on chain data. The issue is that ours isn't triggered to update transactions when they're run through Sparkky. We're fixing it right now. 🙏
