This is a sharp observation. Admin/access is largely solved—but coordination breaks when everything shares the same channel. What’s often missing is clear intent-bound spaces: notices for governance, groups for coordination, and opt-in areas for exchange. Without boundaries, even a strong internal economy turns noisy or uneven.
