@MyGate_com Absolutely frustrated with Paid ₹2500 recharge but it’s NOT showing in the app, and no token received. PhonePe and bank both confirmed the payment is successful. Maintenance team says no record found. There is NO proper helpdesk support. This is unacceptable.

@MyGate_com please work on your notification system. A house help who entered once cannot leave 10 times at random hours. If I left in my car and came back, you can't send a notification saying the car left the building at midnight. Don't do it if you can't, but don't do this!!
