@MyGate_com Order ID 1325460 my lockplus device still pending for installation. it was suppose to get installed on 14th march at 16:00 hrs slot but till date no one turned up. again hv rescheduled the appointment for friday 10am slot(Order ID #1329735).

Hey @zomato @NoBrokerCare , How this data is shared ? Placed an order on @zomato, status updated to out of delivery and at the same time @NoBrokerCare app is showing as waiting at gate and zomato app showing 11 minutes to arrive. Why this discrepancy?

Facing a recurring glitch with the #MyGate app. Even though I’m connected to a proper and stable network, the app keeps showing network-related errors almost every day.
Is anyone else facing this problem regularly? Requesting the team to look into this. @MyGate_com @vijayvicks

@MyGate_com A Gate & lock is the security bridge between being vulnerable and safety and has literally left our home ‘Open to All’. Please consider the risk you pose to your customers when the lock malfunctions and no support is extended, that too within warranty! Case no. 1673850

@MyGate_com i do not want to create a new account in CRED. You are forcing users to go to CRED by disabling the normal UPI option in the app.

@MyGate_com I ordered 6 door locks including 3 edge locks. Received the edge locks a month ago, but I can't schedule an installation through web or phone and no response to my email. The eager sales guy and his manager who sold the locks are not responding to my message/calls

@MyGate_com we have been trying to contact our relationship manager who used to follow up endlessly for subscription and once done and when the app is offline , he replies saying he doesn’t work after seven , this is an essential service and is this how you treat customers

@MyGate_com every time i issue a visitor pass to my guest with valid date and time, it shows expired when the guest reaches the gate. no one from mygate is responding. absolutely pathetic
