@MyGate_com does you app able to send OTPs to email ID? I am currently outside of India and trying to register on your application. While requesting OTP, it is not sending any OTP on my email as well as on my phone number. Tried multiple efforts to get it fixed, but no luck so fa

@MyGate_com Absolutely frustrated with
Paid ₹2500 recharge but it’s NOT showing in the app, and no token received. PhonePe and bank both confirmed the payment is successful. Maintenance team says no record found.
There is NO proper helpdesk support. This is unacceptable.

@MyGate_com I wish to receive notifications. But the right ones at the right time and only once.
I received my cook's checkout message 8 to 10 times today, that too at random times.

@MyGate_com please work on your notification system. A house help who entered once cannot leave 10 times at random hours.
If I left in my car and came back, you can't send a notification saying the car left the building at midnight.
Don't do it if you can't, but don't do this!!

@MyGate_com I had taken the MyGate subscription on 10 Oct 2025 for Himalaya Lifespace Developers, Haridwar. Even till today, the prepaid meter integration has not been completed. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution from your side.Very good service.

Me and my buddy @Surya_Sec237 responsibly reported a critical RCE vulnerability to @MyGate_com months ago through their VDP and still received no response or acknowledgment.
