VOTE ALERT: HB 1247 PASSES the Senate Judiciary Committee! The bill ends judicial deference in Georgia. It also establishes a regular review of state regulations to analyze their effectiveness and cost to individuals and businesses.

JUST IN: SB 447 passed out of the House Natural Resources and Environment Committee today! The bill is now eligible to head the House floor for final passage! The bill would require local governments to make timely permitting decisions, creating a more accountable and business-friendly environment.
