I was even just pitched expert commentary on the Supreme Court's supposed tariff ruling Friday. It might be tariffs, but might not be.

SUPREME COURT TO ISSUE RULINGS ON TARIFFS FRIDAY The U.S. Supreme Court has set Friday as an opinion day, potentially marking its first ruling on President Trump’s global tariffs. Justices return from a four-week break, with decisions released at 10:00 A.M. ET. A tariff determination is considered likely.

@kentostby @SCOTUSblog Last year I think they took 15, and 12 the year before, so it does seem low. But we'll know more after Monday, when we see whether they relist a lot of cases so that they can consider them again.

The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in January on President Donald Trump's request to be able to remove Lisa Cook from her position as a governor on the Federal Reserve Board . The court's order means that Cook will remain in office for now.
