Victor Andrew Pardo Jr., 26, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, facing federal charges after allegedly selling cocaine and a machinegun conversion device to undercover agents. Pardo is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm and will remain in custody pending trial. If convicted of the current charges, Pardo faces up to 20 years in prison. 🔗⬇️

A gun store owner in Arizona has been federally indicted for conspiracy and attempting to provide material support to designated foreign terrorist organizations. Laurence Gray, owner of Grips By Larry, a former federal firearms licensee, allegedly conspired to supply firearms and related support to Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion and Cartel de Sinaloa, Mexican cartels that were designated as foreign terrorist organizations in 2025.

Last week, six highly skilled K-9s and their dedicated human handlers successfully completed this rigorous training program. Luis Donaldo Garcia Lopez, 31, of Mexico, was convicted of alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Garcia had a B1/B2 Border Crossing Card visa that he used to enter the U.S. on 27 separate occasions, with his last lawful entry being July 26, 2020.
