Today, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to protecting the freedoms we enjoy will never be forgotten. As we spend time with family and friends, we remember those who gave everything for this country and the Gold Star families who continue to carry their legacy. Eastbound Rio Bravo is closed at Del Rio due to a crash. There are no major injuries reported at this time.

Eastbound Paseo Del Norte is reduced to one lane at Rio Grande due to a crash. Please use caution if driving in the area while deputies and medical work to clear the scene.

Broadway is closed in both directions at Prosperity due to a structure fire. @BernCoFire is on scene.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Nathaniel Mora.  Nathaniel was last seen in the area of Del Rio Rd SW and Barcelona Rd SW on 5/23/2026, wearing black clothing. Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, law enforcement is concerned for his safety.

Westbound Paseo Del Norte is closed at 2nd st due to a semi not being able to make it under the 4th ST bridge. Please use Alameda or Montano as an alternate route.

We extend our deepest condolences to the men and women of the Taos County Sheriff's Office following the tragic loss of Sgt. Joseph Apodaca, who was killed in a motor vehicle crash while in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, loved ones, and the entire Taos County Sheriff’s Office during this incredibly difficult time. Rest easy, Sergeant.

Paseo Del Norte westbound at 2nd is reduced to two lanes, reference a rollover crash involving a single vehicle. No injures reported.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 89-year-old Santiago Roybal. Santiago was last seen in the area of Camino Alameda SW and Clinton Blvd SW wearing a navy blue polo and jeans. He was driving a tan 2004 GMC truck bearing New Mexico license plate 661NKK on 5/18/2026. The vehicle was last seen near Louisiana Blvd and Central Ave.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Isiah Vargas.  Isiah was last seen in the area of Granada Rd SW and Foothill Rd SW on 5/13/2026. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing. Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, law enforcement is concerned for his safety.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Gabriel Osuna. Gabriel was last seen in the area of Isleta Blvd SW and Gun Club Rd SW, wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and black Jordans on 05/16/2026. Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
