@cruiselifestyl We did a back to back for 2 Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale, we had to exit the ship go through security and then had the boat to ourselves for a few hours!

Q2) Have you taken a back-to-back cruise? What did you do on ‘changeover day?’ #CruiseHour

If you can’t get to the conference on the day using public transport tickets should be cheaper to reflect the larger expense and bigger effort to attend.

There is a big difference between the person who says they want to run a race someday and the actual runner. The wannabe runner doesn’t have a plan for training. Whether they run or not today depends on how they are feeling. But if the runner has already decided, I am a runner, they then do what runners do — run. They don’t have to think about it. They don’t have to feel like it. They do it.

This week, I attended a press conference ordained by Mohammed Yasin MP, where 20 cross-party British Parliamentarians requested for an international airport in Mirpur. There has been a long-standing promise for an international airport in Mirpur, which has yet to be met. This causes significant issues to a number of my constituents, who are having to drive over three hours to get to the nearest airport in Pakistan. I will continue to push for this cause, and pursue this issue until permission is granted for a new airport.

@financial_shaw It will help in some ways even if it’s just 2 weeks quicker, less time for things to go wrong makes a difference.

One in three house sales do fall through but it’s because we’ve got the entire way we buy/sell property the wrong way around. Most chains fall because buyers pull out - either cold feet or more likely following a survey. Next it’s sellers choose a different buyer if the buyer is p***ing about and wasn’t prepared and runs into difficulties with mortgages or a cheap conveyancer. Lastly it’s people just changing their minds. That won’t be fixed by tinkering with Land Reg, digital IDs or a couple weeks saved due to faster searches.

@financial_shaw Not bad ideas, except sellers won’t pay the up front cost and buyers would need a check over the legal pack before offer, or offer blind and risk their £2500 That said any way you fix this mess makes it more expensive, and, bottom line, people won’t pay
