@gstvknr @Lookin_Exotic @SomaKazima2 This. My mother was a CO...and the way this type of process would be a mess. Our prison population represents 25% of the world's prison population though we only have about 5% of the world's population. We definitely need a better process for a number of reasons.

@flaminhaystacks Depends on the purpose if the call and the person. A lot of people know my mood spikes at night, so it's a good time to call. But, I inly want to talk to certain people at that time.I have my phone programmed so I only am contacted by certain people at certain times.
