@AddisHome Sorry disappointed as this is a design fault . The hinges that support this snap . Disagree the product was purchased and dangerously faulty , actually could have caused a nasty injury so should have been replaced or this product withdrawn from sale as this is dangerous ..

@AddisHome I have had poor service !! Purchased an airier and because I didn’t retain the receipt and it’s now faulty after only 9 months use .. paid more a product for what I thought would be better but plastic hinges all snapped & collapsed ! Replacement sent but rivets
