I’m in London with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and we are already making real progress — advancing a major partnership with Coventry University to bring UK degrees to Nigeria. This is personal. For too long, families have had to send their children thousands of miles away in search of quality education. We are changing that. With Coventry University Nigeria, our students will be able to earn fully accredited UK degrees — at significantly lower cost — without leaving the country. As I’ve said, we want Nigerian parents to enjoy having their children at home, while still receiving a world-class UK education. The proposed campus in Alaro City, Lagos will offer Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes across STEMM, Business, and TVET, with admissions expected between Q3 and Q4 of 2026 (subject to approvals). Beyond access, this is about building Nigeria’s human capital — developing the skills, talent, and workforce needed to drive innovation, productivity, and long-term national growth. We are bringing global opportunity home — where it belongs. #alausaedureform #NoDaysOff

Unlike Buhari, Tinubu’s problem is not incompetence. He’s highly competent & intelligent . His problem is greed and wickedness. He’s too callous and exceptionally greedy to be in charge of the resources belonging to millions of people

House About Building house for cashtivist Sowore? Most time I wonder if activism is a license for impunity & illogical behavior Since becoming a minister, the only thing Wike has done is building houses for judges? All the work he has done, you can’t see? Our judges shouldn’t enjoy the dividend of Democracy again in the name of influence. This propaganda must stop abeg

Criminal politician Nyesom @GovWike never built duplexes for FCT resident doctors because he doesn’t need Nigerian doctors; his doctors are in the UK. He never built houses for teachers because his children don’t attend Nigerian schools. But he is building duplexes for judges because he needs them to subvert the course of justice.

Yele, most judges in Abuja don't earn enough to afford decent accommodation. Tell me what is wrong with someone building official quarters for judges? Look, when i was growing up, the government provided official residences for judges, most corporations, Shell, NNPC, even public institutions, the Railway, the police, the army, etc., provide official quarters. The government built legislative quarters before Atiku & PDP sold them to their cronies and party members. You need to grow out of this, your little man student union activism. Not everything the government is doing is bad. I commend “Lanlord Wike” for doing this, it will reduce pressure on the judges

@NigeriaStories He has failed to make his products cheaper, and that is the only reason why importation is still a preferable option. So using the govt's influence to halt importation of the products is just pure monopoly.

Iran was the first to hit oil infrastructures in the region. Now, Israel returned the attack in equal measure by striking Iran's oil tankers. And Iran is out again, claiming to retaliate by striking oil infrastructures in the region. Have they forgotten so soon that they started it?

Dangote’s decision to halt fuel loading from the refinery is not sabotage or an attempt to game the system. If anything, it is aimed at preventing marketers from exploiting the situation. Some filling stations are reportedly lifting large volumes of fuel only to hoard it, waiting for a price increase so they can sell at higher rates and maximize profit. By temporarily halting loading, Dangote is trying to stabilize the situation and prevent opportunistic hoarding that would hurt consumers.

Atiku is in ADC but his son, formerly of PDP, has joined APC with a vow to work for Tinubu in 2027. Atiku has released a statement defending his son's "entirely personal" decision, saying he won't coerce his son to act against his convictions. But you, an Ojuelegba-based civil servant earning 85k monthly, have begun sharpening your machete to inflict damage on a fellow victim of Nigeria who won't vote for APC. Your tomfoolery is indescribable!

Althought they were speculation surrounding his birth as family members said he doesn't belong to their brother because according to them, his supposed father died long before he was born but the mother claimed the father impregnated her before death, so Godswill and his brothers were raised by one of their uncle who is also ibanga's father. Growing up for the boy was not rosy as the mother being a single mother tried all she could to see that the kids turn out well. Godswill Akpabio later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from the university of calabar, he later moved to Lagos to practice as a struggling lawyer. Back in Lagos life was not rosy for him at all, he later got married to one Enugu lady named unoma who later changed her name to Ekeate because of marriage purposes and they began life.he worked in a lot of firm but was still pretty much struggling with his wife, by this time ibanga who is his cousin was already into politics and was doing well so he kept in touch with him always telling him if any opportunity arises he is interested too Not long after,Ibanga was to be made Commissioner but he wanted something better so he choose to fix someone there, he couldn't think of any other smart man than his cousin, Godswill Akpabio, that was how he told Godswill to forward his Cv and the rest is History. He was broke that he could barely afford proper transportation, Ibanga brought in Akpabio from lagos on a night bus for the swearing in, that was how the charge and bail Lagos lawyer soujourn into politics and decided to turn himself to a mini God and bite all the hand that fed him.
