Did anyone else just get a "test" emergency alert to their phone titled, "Presidential Alert". WTH???

@saskatchewan_in Hello! The tests are taking place at different times across the country. If you live in Saskatchewan and are connected to an LTE network there you should have received the test alert at 1:55 p.m.

@AlertReady I live in sask. I was on the phone with a friend in Ontario when the alert went off. I never got one. Funnier still, I have an Ontario phone number, and have not received any alert. Is Ontario the only place getting this?
