Good morning everyone, I've got a big favour to ask. I’ve been contacted by a mum of an autistic girl asking for help. As a family they are having a pretty tough week. Their dog has sadly had major eye surgery resulting in the loss of them both. On top of this she has lost her little bear who is her best friend and comfort. Mum has tried everything to find a replacement bear, but can’t find this particularly one ‘Abbie’ anywhere. You can buy other bears of this type online. Could I please kindly ask if anyone knows where mum can find another bear, The bears name is Abbie and is a Snuggle Friends Hunter price bear, can I kindly ask that you retweet so that we can hopefully find a new bear for this little girl.

@AliLysons @NoFarmsNoFoods Wasn’t it gritty in texture when you eventually defrosted it? I’m one of those texture freaks. I like it fresh and sliced. I just can’t stand it crushed:mushed:slushed 🤢🤢on toast.

@Elizabe36752311 @NoFarmsNoFoods You can buy frozen avocado. I’ve had it and it tasted fine, problem was I kept forgetting to take it out to defrost it 🤦‍♀️

@NoFarmsNoFoods Asparagus from Peru and green beans and roses from Kenya. Time to revert to eating seasonally or frozen foods. Before someone points out avocado and asparagus don’t freeze nor do other high water content fruits/veg, I know!

Good morning all, Ryan is 29 today, Ryan's the most fantastic cheeky mischievous young man you will ever meet, hes autistic, he goes to a daycentre so doesn't have the traditional circle of friends that many people his own age, the photo below is from Ryan's first ever black tie event they other week where he won a award for his amazing knowledge of music, please wish Ryan a happy birthday.

Ryan won a award "Trivia Titan Award" at his daycentres black tie event, "in recognition of his knowledge and talents in all topics " he's never won a award before, never been to a black tie event before, and he never ever wears suits, oh he also had candy floss today for the first time ever too, autism hey, nothing happens ever for years , then everything happens all at once, today was a day for a lot of firsts. just because something has never happened doesn't mean it never will.

I’m really struggling with anxiety at the minute, which is making life hard. But today I not only left the house, I took part in a 10k run, and I’m super proud of myself! 😊

My son Brady was born with a heart defect, coarctation of the descending aorta, it was discovered just hours after he was born and he had surgery at just 3 days old, he has annual check ups, and medication every day, he's a law student going into his third year, today he is 21, I can't believe it, hes come so far and is achieving so much, can I kindly ask people say happy birthday to brady please so I can show him, kind regards Adam, proud Dad.
