@Milhart66Ken Think all this prevents most females of a certain age from attending a gym. Frankly it reiterated every single reason nobody needs to attend one unless murder was legalised !!!

People who wander dripping from the showers thus thoroughly wetting the dry changing area and seating but then wander off oblivious. People who hog a whole bench meant for 3 to 4 share. 🤬🤬 #gym #wank***

Things that drive me mad at the gym: People who start using a piece of equipment or machine but wander off for a chat leaving their stuff to ‘hold’ it for them stopping others from using said equipment/machine. 🤬🤬

@OliverLynne Have to confess I'm not a dog owner, but can't see why not, they go on the regular buses all the time. Message them, Norfolk folks are very accommodating.

@OliverLynne Park and rides are really good for Norwich. The takeaway food off the market has such a variety, worth a look, even if you just sniff!!. Other longer stay carparks are st Andrews, or rose lane multistorey

@OliverLynne Ooo, Norfolk! Completely biased, but best county in the country! Shout if you need loooocal knowledge, am just south of Norwich so have a bit of North Suffolk info too. Enjoy!

First work week back after Christmas complete. Even though it’s only four days that felt looooong. I started working a little extra each day & get a day off each fortnight now, such a good move cos tomorrow I get a day by myself. Taking me on a date to the seaside for fresh air!

@spitfire_bill We have BLT traybake. Sainsbury recipe if I remember. Chicken thighs in bacon, roast cherry toms and little gems and ciabatta croutons in One Tray. Usually a lasagne but gone rogue this year!

Safely arrived at Felbrigg, Norfolk, despite BBC warnings of heavy traffic we kept moving and had a very comfortable drive. Cottage, warm, clean and nicely furnished. Dog fed and watered. Looking forward to a nice country stay.
