@My_Metro now it says the next 2 trains are not in service, can someone please communicate what’s happening

Hi @My_Metro we’ve been waiting at Seaburn platform 2 for over 20 mins as a train is stuck at Pallion, it said there was a train departing park lane and the board changed to 5 mins now it says 10 mins again. Can you advise?

@My_Metro Thank you, it just makes no sense as the trains aren’t running to timetable 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 and now I’m late. But thanks.

@Altogether_ST If only one train is not in service, we do not put the information out as per our instructions. Should you need any further information, please contact customerrelations@nexus.org.uk and they will advise the reasons behind this decision. Thank you.

@My_Metro are there delays on the green line? It’s showing as 20 mins for train to Alrport from Seaburn?

@My_Metro But if I knew it wasn’t running I would have caught the earlier one. The timetable is there for a reason surely. Thanks tho 🙄

@Altogether_ST Sorry, one train being out of service, isn't normally published unless it is a first or last train. The train number is on the App if you use that. Thank you.

@My_Metro Well it would be nice to say that that time train isn’t running, how do we know what the 110 is?

@Altogether_ST Train 110 is not running all day today. That will affect the green line only. Sorry about that.

First week back and the @My_Metro app is still as useless, no trains showing heading to airport all going in the other direction. It’s the basics really

Hi @My_Metro is it 20 mins for a metro from Seaburn towards airport? Is the 8.29 not running?

@My_Metro Would be great if you could say there are delays - on the app, as it doesn’t work correctly you never know if it’s just not showing or if the train really is delayed. Thanks

@Altogether_ST @NakedWines I phoned them today. They had to re-order what I subscribed. Been waiting 10 days now.

@jtmackie @NakedWines @YodelOnline Same thing has happened to us EVERY delivery for the past few years. Zero communication from them today to say it hasn’t even shipped! @NakedWines you really need to listen to your customers & sort your delivery situation out!!

@NakedWines please please please can you stop using @YodelOnline to deliver your products, every single time there has been a problem. This is the second day I’ve taken off work waiting in for a delivery only to have a ‘there has been a problem’ message… no update or reason why

Hi @My_Metro how long for a train to airport from Seaburn? The board says 24m, the app says 18 mins but keeps changing?
