Ok, buddy. Here is the reality: either you are the GM or you aren't. If you don't know what your own team contracts say, then you are the worst GM in the league. Every GM's job is to know that.

@tidalwaverider @jonmachota He is a problem, but not the main problem. Unfortunately the main problem just said he is not giving up his roll. 7 head coaches since Jimmy, and only 1 of them has won a Super Bowl, or NFC Championship game, with Jimmy's players. Only one GM in that time.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has not made a decision on the future of the teamโs head coaching position. When asked about the possibility of other teamโs wanting to interview Mike McCarthy, Jones said heโs fine with that. He said he wants to work with people who want to be here.
Jones did make it clear that he will not be giving up his GM title.
