@RichOToole Looks great……….we have started using a recipe from a multiple chili cook off winner and from a family restaurant outside San Antonio. They use cubed brisket - breaks down wonderfully and tastes 10x better than just plain hamburger. And beans in Chili still gross 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣
