Ambitious is what we do at NASA.
Artemis III will be unlike anything we’ve ever undertaken. A multi-launch campaign bringing together the most powerful rockets in the world to test rendezvous, docking, and interoperability across multiple systems close to Earth before we return astronauts to the lunar surface.
This is how we get into the rhythm of the missions that follow. You give NASA and our industry partners a year, we’ll get the job done.

🇺🇸 NASA is partnering with @SpaceX, rehearsing the Moon landing in orbit before attempting the real thing.
Artemis III will send 4 astronauts on 3 separate launches, dock 2 lunar landers with the Orion spacecraft in low Earth orbit, and only then attempt the actual descent to the surface.
They're running the full dress rehearsal 250 miles above Earth first.
"4 astronauts. 3 launches. 2 dockings. 1 splashdown."

Brad Smith is Neuralink’s 3rd human recipient overall, the first with ALS, and the first non-verbal patient
He received the N1 brain implant on November 8, 2024. ALS had left him fully paralyzed and unable to speak, so the implant is now his only way to communicate
Using only his thoughts, Brad can:
• Move a cursor on a MacBook Pro at blazing speed
• Edit entire videos (he created & posted the first video ever edited purely by brain control)
• Type messages and speak using an AI voice cloned from his own pre-ALS recordings
• Control a motorized AI webcam
His family now hears his real, warm voice again....not robotic text-to-speech
As of early 2026, Brad (@ALScyborg) is doing incredibly well
All of this was powered by Neuralink’s brain-computer interface. The future is awesome 🧠💻
