I am saddened and angered by the bomb threat directed at Dar-ul-Islam, the largest mosque in our area, yesterday morning. Islamophobia has become all too common in our current political environment. This kind of anti-Muslim bigotry has no place in St. Louis, or anywhere else. I'm thankful that nobody was harmed by this act of hate, and I am praying for everyone in our St. Louis Muslim community whose safety was threatened.
