有个老同学，刚从国外回来没多久。
前两天他家断网了，自己捣鼓了半天——重启、拔线、再插上，不行。
正准备打客服电话，想想还是先在小程序上填了个报修。
页面显示“2小时内上门”。
他觉得还行，打算趁这个空档躺一会儿。
刚盖上被子，门铃响了。
开门一看，师傅背着工具包站门口：“您好，是您家报修了吧？”
他愣了一下，看了眼时间——从他点完报修到师傅敲门，不到半小时。
师傅进去一通操作，换了路由器，全程不到十分钟。
临走说：“您方便时给个好评就行。”
他关上门站那儿愣了半天，不是因为感动，是因为不习惯。
之前在国外，等服务等到习惯了，
现在不等了，反而不习惯了。
最后他给师傅写了条好评：
“比我外卖还快。就是来得太突然，午觉没睡成。🤣🤣”
