I was part of a great research study in residency that did BP checks at pedi visits because while only ~60% of women go to their 6 wk postpartum visit, almost all go to the baby’s. We identified many women with postpartum HTN and pre-eclampsia so the answer should be yes!

Wife got privileges at the same hospital as her twin. Similar names, same DOB. Epic stuff has been logistical nightmare, w IT resetting the others’ pw w/ every issue. Wife complained & the IT guy said “idk how to explain this to you, but we will continue to mess this up forever”
