This is what homophobic laws are designed to do. They radicalize society, legitimize hate, and turn ordinary people into perpetrators of violence against innocent people. They know that the moment they mention homosexuality, you will abandon yourselves b/c of that ingrained shame you have around sexuality.
So, they'll steal and sell you, then give you a homosexual to stone to assuage your shame.
