@KenyaAirways is a joke..we bought tickets to Abidjan KQ521 from DSS. received 3 different msgs of changes to finally find out flight was simply Cancelled !!!IShld have checked the horrible reviews before but will never use it again for sure..

Extremely disappointing experience with @KenyaAirways@KQSupport. Arrived final destination on Wednesday but my baggage was left behind in Nairobi. Since then, there has been no clear communication, no timeline, and no accountability on when my luggage will arrive.
@KenyaAirways how do you cancel a flight scheduled on Easter Friday a day before travel. What recourse can we have? Surely, how can you ever make profits this way!
@KQSupport our DXB-NBO flight on 29/03 was cancelled and you rescheduled it to 28/03. Now that flight too has been cancelled.
We can’t reschedule it on your website - it just says ‘contact call centre’.
