I testified in front of the Congressional Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic in Washington, DC this week on how the federal government's (including @POTUS @US_FDA @CDCgov @NIH) irresponsible actions, including collusion & pressuring to censor and chill Americans' speech--including professional dissenting voices--abridgement of human rights without justification, and a promotion of a toxic culture of misinformation policing and "othering" had terrible downstream effects, including creation of the horrific, unconstitutional & unethical California #ab2098 physician censorship law signed by @GavinNewsom. My colleagues and I sued the Gov. Newsom and the Medical Board and won a preliminary injunction because the law violates the Constitution, even though @CAgovernor and ethically short-sighted professional medical organizations like @CMAdocs & @californiaacep couldn't see that.
