@BLACKANDDECKER When will @target stop selling Black and Decker products since they won't honor the warranty? At the end of the day, I bought the junk microwave from @Target who needs to look into this company. I am filing a case with my State's Attorney General Consumer Protection Bureau.

@BLACKANDDECKER Don't buy Black and Decker products. They won't honor your warranty. Black and Decker Warranty Department just told me water leaking in my microwave and dripping on the table is not serious. The microwave is loaded with liquid after a minute and water in an electronic is a hazard

@TGrammie2 Yes! Our aunt's @LGUS refrigerator just broke down, 3 years old. Don't get me started on this @BLACKANDDECKER leaf blower. We also have 2 TV's sitting in the shed, both died within 2 years. No lie, this all happened within the past 3 months.

Hey @BLACKANDDECKER , I bought this baby in 1983 when I bought my first house. Since then it’s repaired, built, whatever’d 8 homes over 43 years. It finally gave up the ghost today. How about sending me a replacement 😆
@BLACKANDDECKER the 30$ electrical engine in your vacuum cleaner failed after 15 months.
Considering this is a 150$-200$ house appliance I wouldn’t suggest you get better parts.
@BLACKANDDECKER seriously how many different numbers do I need to call to get a replacement remote for an AC/heat/dehumidifier unit that you make. I had to call 3 different numbers then the last one well no one was available to take my call. This is ridiculous.
@BLACKANDDECKER so disappointed. Chose this because of it was a reputable brand. Uneven toasting. Have to turn it half way to get an even toast🤦🏻♀️ bagel, bread…doesn’t matter
@BLACKANDDECKER Just an update: after endless back-and-forth emails, they were absolutely no help. Final suggestion? Another repair. Not acceptable—I’m done with the hassle. Switching to DeWalt. 👋
@BLACKANDDECKER Husband gifted me the drill for DIY in July 2024, with 2 years warranty. This is the third time it is going for repair. Asked them for replacement when it went for repair, the product seems to have some unidentifiable fault, but they would not.
