@LGUS sold me an oven in March and it’s been rusted. I have two babies that I need to cook for and @LGU telling me they just wanna replace the parts but it’s rusted all over. They do not want to give me a refund but rather replace parts for a brand new oven ! This is not safe!!!

Hi @LGUS - our not even two year old refrigerator is leaking coolant and our entire kitchen reeks of it. It's leaking water also. And you make it near IMPOSSIBLE to get service. We need service immediately so we aren't poisoned by this stench, and yet your call center people can barely understand English let alone speak it decently. After spending 2 hours on the phone and on your app, we still have no idea when anyone is coming. We were warned about LG products, and should've listened. And we will now simply warn everyone ELSE.
