@halimgur @BOQ I have not received any info on the new app to be able to set it up and access my credit card that has been removed by BOQ over the weekend. What bank uses two separate banking system apps. Incompetent! Another all day outage only weeks to Christmas.

@BOQ I keep getting messages that my online access to my credit card stops on 20 Nov. But no instructions given what I need to do. There is reference to a myBOQ app but I cannot log in to that app. It asks for my phone number but nothing happens when I enter it. It is very frustrating.
