Absolutely scandalous! That is not a service. Regular dental care is crucial to health and yet this is what children are experiencing. Unless parents can afford to pay children's teeth will go unchecked. This needs to be urgently addressed Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD

Just back from an overnight in @ULHospitals. A touch of pneumonia I'm told. Gotta say, nurses need a level of patience like no other. Christ they have to put up with some crap. Lack of respect from some patients was astounding.

@Luighseach Oh indeed more than likely. However, it should not stop us naming it and asking for it. After all they cannot explain why we have been paying it all these years, so we want it back

@Luighseach It is scandalous Lucy ! They imposed that on us when people were struggling in the years of austerity. What happened to the regulator? This was brought in by Eamon Ryan when he was in a previous government. However, we didn't know about it. This money needs to be paid back to us.

#homelessness figures are reaching 11,000 and 3,700 are children. However, this does not come close to the true figure because there is so much #hiddenhomelessness with people sleeping on friends and families sofas. The result of successive governments housing policies.

@RoryHearne It is absolutely scandalous. That rent a room scheme needs to be urgently regulated. Government telling people they can earn up to €14,000 a year tax free so there are going to be some people that exploit that.

This is horrific.... A Donegal student attending Maynooth has been told by her landlord that half her double bed is going to be rented out for 25 euro a night. She's been told she has to share her double bed in the room she is renting with a stranger.
