@Super70sSports I think, "Throw the fucking ball to Lance Alworth, you moron."

@RushmoreLists Bobby Bonilla
Hasn't played in almost 25 years but he's still getting paid.
That should count for something

Pure power, peak performance. Today, we’re spotlighting sports stars who share matching monikers. We’re building the Mt. Rushmore of 'Alliterative Athletes,' icons whose first and last names start with the same sound. Our mountain:
⚾ Barry Bonds
🏈 Chris Carter
⚾ Mickey Mantle
🏀 Paul Pierce
A list this sharp is sure to stir some debate. Who is the best athlete with matching initials that we missed? Let’s see your suggestions!

@KevinBuffalo I was a 20 year old idiot in
1979, but my mom loved me enough to give me this bookmark. It remains in the top drawer of my dresser

@musicmaned @musicalvagabond A good friend gave me this album about 45 years ago. Only been played once, to make sure it doesn't skip. I have my original White (black vinyl) album that I listen to regularly.
I guess it doesn't matter what color the vinyl is as long as the music's good. Have fun tonight
English

@BWilfrom @musicalvagabond Where does everybody get the color vinyl?
I have about 4,000 LPs and I can count on one hand how many are on color vinyl.
I feel like I missed the boat somewhere.

@Chiprockabilly I'm digging the shoes and the haircuts
I saw Aerosmith, Billy Joel and Rush in 87, all great shows, but I wish I'd been in Missoula for this one

@DownGoesCrown @GppPos1 @SabresFunStats Do you guys remember Joe Daley? Didn't wear a mask when he played for the Sabres.
English

@GppPos1 @SabresFunStats He was, if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I never would’ve believed they played net with no face masks, crazy bastards. 😂

Age yourself by naming an NHL goalie you grew up watching. I’ll start: Carey Price.

@SabresFunStats Was at the game where they beat the Soviets 12-6 on 1-4-76. The Aud was on fire all game. It was wild!

It would have to be Gilbert’s 500th. I was also at May Day. That was the craziest and most exciting moment. Not necessarily historic.
Larry Lundin@LarryLundin37
@SabresFunStats What is the most historic thing you've witnessed in person? Mine is 2/24/82 when 99 broke Espo's record with his 76th- 78th in the last 6:36 of the game. Perreault also had a hat trick in the 6-3 loss. 24 years later at the HHOF my friend and I saw the game sheet from that night
English

@SalvadorDafti I'm very fortunate in that I saw him perform live as an opening act for the Stones, Rich Stadium August 75
And by the way, the Stones rocked out!
English

@batcountry1980 @SalvadorDafti Just read your posts, time to stop reading and start listening

English

@SalvadorDafti When we first met at school, I asked a big mate of mine what his favourite Beatles song was and this was his answer. Right away I thought “aye, you’ll do for me” You can tell a lot about someone by their favourite Beatles song. We’re still pals to this day.

@RushmoreLists Several species of small furry animals gathered together in a cave and grooving with a pict
From Pink Floyd's album Ummagumma
The song is as strange as it's title
English

@BWilfrom There’re great albums either side of those dates. I’ve probably spoken about them a million times, but if you’re into the Stones there’s treasures long before 1968
