Dale Earnhardt Jr. says it's "hard to measure" if he helped Nashville Fairgrounds by bringing the CARS Tour there. "I thought Josh Berry said it best: There ain't much I can do unless I ran for Mayor, and I don't even know if I'd win that one." Dale says he loves the Speedway while also acknowledging the challenges the track faces, specifically the burden on the local community. "The noise is a burden, but we can fix that. We can make that better and continue to race here."

I know we have the same discussion every year, but I still can’t figure it out.
Why doesn’t the spring Bristol cup event sell very well anymore? Why are there entire sections with only 5 people in them? I’ll never understand it.

@Wonderful_Chip @NRE_Productions I was there, I’ve been at some spring races with truly atrocious attendance numbers, so I know how that looks. Speedway property parking was sold out, and the Earhart Toyota parking lot was 90% full

I mean it was still half full yesterday, probably 60-70k people in attendance. Iowa has 30k and Darlington has 50k seats and we praise them for selling out.
Bristol just needs to bite the bullet and do what every other track does, remove some seats or lower ticket prices.
